Self Service Separation

You and your partner agree to separate and want to write a separation agreement together.

An existing trusting and open relationship.

Understanding on how to be fair to each other.

Negotiated Separation

You or your partner do not agree to separate. You find separate lawyers to negotiate an agreement on your behalf.

A relationship that cannot be trusted.

A last resort before deciding to go to Court.

Mediated Separation

You and your partner agree to separate, consulting an independent mediator to ensure your separation agreement is fair.

Suitable for

An existing trusting and open relationship.

Those with reasonable communication.

Ensuring that everybody has a fair outcome in the separation path.

Court Decision Separation

You and your partner do not agree to separate. Your lawyers let the Court decide on an outcome.

Suitable for

Those that cannot reach agreement amicably.
